Avenue Lofts STUCCO STANDALOE

Truly a one-of-a-kind in downtown Austin, this stand-alone building is part of the Avenue Lofts Condominiums in downtown Austin. The structures were originally built in 1942 and were first used as a state health facility. They were converted to residential condominiums in 1999 by The Sutton Company. The nondescript exterior of this building belies the wildly imaginative interior.
